Today's Supreme Court decision has restored my hope in the process (for now)

Sooo happy today that the Wisconsin Supreme Court overturned a leftist judge's decision to stall the budget bill!  The court rightly discerned that they are not there to interfere with the legislative process.  According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: " In its decision, the state's high court concluded that "choices about what laws represent wise public policy for the state of Wisconsin are not within the constitutional purview of the courts."The court concluded that Sumi exceeded her jurisdiction, "invaded" the Legislature's constitutional powers and erred in halting the publication and implementation of the collective bargaining law."

So we'll have some more of the leftie/union temper tantrum circus going on, but I do believe people are tired of the whining.   Look for some really ugliness in the recall elections and more push to recall Walker.  These people are shameless.

Full decision here and good coverage at Ace of Spades.
